Shipping Policy

Process Time:

Depending on the size of the order and number of items in your order, we will process your order within  3 to 4  business days and deliver it to the shipper. Carrier may take 5 to 7 business days to deliver the product. After the order processed, a shipping notification generated and sent to the email id, provided at the time of checkout, which will include the carrier tracking number.   

Shipping Status:

Shipping status is available at the respective carrier's website by using the tracking number provided.

 International Couriers:

Our default shipping method is FedEx/DHL International Priority mail. Our International carriers deliver products in 5 to 7 Business days. Occasionally, there may be delays due to customs interventions or weather issues. 

We take utmost care while packing the products for international delivery. However, Zayaho.com or its operators are not responsible for damages in transit or delays in delivery. We usually do not sell any products which will become stale within 5 to 7 days, however, in the case of any product becomes obsolete due to situations beyond our control, Zayaho.com will not be held responsible. 

For Certain items, we offer snail mail through India Post, Phlpost, Vietnampost which is a Speed post with tracking number. Shipments through this method take about 10 to 14 days for delivery. 

Customs Duty:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. www.Zayaho.com or its vendors are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Sellers responsibility is to sell and ship the products. Any activity related to customs clearance or payment of duty is the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with us by reaching us at zayaho24@gmail.com. In general, buyer must respond to any communication from customs department and shipping company. Any failure to meet to such communications may result in product being either returned or destroyed. Seller will not hold any responsibility for such events. Buyer must take care of the additional expenses caused by the delay caused by customs clearance.  

Packing:

As the products have to travel about 6000 Miles, we take high care in packing the products with extra layers of bubble wrap, etc.

Shipping Rates Charged by the Main website differs from what is charged by Stores.  Please check the shipping charges for stores individually. Items shipped by Main Website are covered under the above shipping rates.
